Storage and transportation

VOK ®- Disper P104S can provide a desired controlled flocculation of pigments, and build a bridge between various pigment particles to form a three-dimensional network structure. This controlled flocculation of pigment effectively prevents floating color, blooming, sedimentation and sagging. VOK ®- Disper P104S is especially suitable for medium to high polarity paint systems to prevent the floating color of titanium dioxide when mixed with color pigments. It has limited compatibility with gasoline solvents. In many cases, when used as an anti-corrosion primer, the corrosion resistance is improved. VOK ®- Disper P104 S also contains a small amount of polysiloxane copolymer to improve the floating color and blossoming behavior. This ingredient can prevent the formation of Bernard vortex, improve the smoothness and leveling of the surface, and the orientation of matting powder and aluminum powder pigments. In most cases, it is not necessary to add additional organosilicon additives that must be used in conventional formulas.

The recommended amount of additives (purchase form) is based on:

Inorganic pigment: 3-10%

Titanium dioxide: 0.5-2.5%

Organic pigment: 10-20%
