Product features and benefits
VOK®-S 750 N was specifically developed for volatilization inhibitors in DCPD-containing resins that make it difficult to form surface films due to the good solubility of VOK®-S 740. VOK®-S 750 N reduces volatilization without affecting interlayer adhesion, and also has good results in isophthalic acid resins and vinyl ester resins.
Recommended dosage
0.3-1% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.
Incorporation method and processing guidance
VOK®-S 750 N must be stirred well before adding to ensure homogeneity of the product. VOK®-S 750 N should be added to the resin before other formulation components are added with continuous agitation. To ensure that the good crystal structure of VOK®-S 750 N is not affected, the product must not melt.
Special considerations
In non-thixotropic resins, VOK®-S 750 N during storage has a tendency to flocculate and precipitate on the resin surface. In the case of delamination, the resin must be stirred before processing.
