Storage and transportation
The product is temperature sensitive and must be stored and transported at 5-35 °C. Mix well before use.
Application areas: Curing products and polishing agents
Product characteristics and advantages The additive has good polishing properties and non-stick dust. It also improves water and ethanol resistance, scratch resistance, and prevents heel marks (heel scratch resistance).
Recommended use
This cationic emulsion VOK®-AP 840 is mainly used for marble curing using a low-speed polishing machine.
Recommended dosage
20-50% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.
Incorporation method and processing guidance
The wax additive should be mixed with other components of the curing product under stirring conditions.
