The product is temperature sensitive and must be stored and transported below 35 °C. Stir well before use.

Features and benefits 

This additive improves the directional arrangement of effect pigments such as aluminum powder and pearlescent powder, and it increases the effect of shimmering with different colors at different angles. In addition, it reduces short ripple defects (cloud spots, Bernard vortices) and has no negative effect on chemical resistance. 

Recommended use 

The additive is recommended for waterborne effect pigment coatings, especially automotive paints. 

Recommended dosage 

6-10% additive (purchased form) based on total formulation. 

The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests. 

Incorporation method and processing guidance 

The additive is best added at a low shear rate at the end of production. Stir well before use.
