It repeatedly cards the curly and disordered loose fibers through metal carding needles to be parallel as well as full drafting and removal of trash. It produces sliver of specific weight and length for next drawing process. It is the part of yarn spinning system includes the opener, the carding machine, drawing frame, roving frame and ring spinning machine.
