YSF Oil water separator
YSJH/WYSF oily sewage purification treatment equipment is a equipment successfully developed for oily sewage
treatment based on the research and absorption of advanced technology and experience of domestic and foreign
counterparts. The equipment comprehensively uses advanced processes such as FT floating absorption, vacuum
gravity separation, corrugated plate group separation, etc., after the oily sewage is treated by this device, the
discharged water can reach the national GB8978 discharge standard (oil content ≤5mg/L, suspension ≤30mg/L).
The equipment is widely used in the treatment of oily sewage of thermal power generation, petrochemical,
metallurgy, oil refineries and coastal ports and terminals.
Performance& characteristics
Combining adherent flow coalescence with the polymer coalescence separation, the oil removal is efficient
and fast. Removing oil and impurities by special polymer coalescing separation filter element.
Type A sewage treatment equipment uses special volumetric water pump, and the pressure change does
not affect the water displacement. Type B and C oily sewage treatment equipment uses centrifugal water pump.
The oil is automatically detected and discharged, the waste oil after treated also can be collected, recycled
and reused.
Pressure oil removal device equips with over pressure automatic alarm and over pressure automatic protection.
