LH Series SF6 gas recovery, purification, filling device
SF6 gas recovery and filling device is used for SF6 gas-insulated electrical equipment manufacturer and the running& scientific research department to vacuumize various electrical equipments, charge SF6 gas to electrical equipment, and recover SF6 from electrical appliances used or tested. Simultaneously it purifies, compresses, liquefies and stores the SF6 to the storage tank. This device is suitable for SF6 electrical appliances and GIS combined electrical appliances of various voltage levels.
The device consists of recovery system, inflatable/filling system, vacuum system, purification system, and gas storage system.
Main functions of this device
1. Vacuuming and vacuum measurement for the device itself and electrical equipment, storage tank and others.
2. Recover SF6 gas from electrical equipment.
3. Drying and purifying the recovered and recharged SF6 gas.
4. Recharge SF6 gas to electrical switchgear.
5. Compressed, liquefiedstorage of SF6 gas.
Main components and features
1. Adopting the system principle of German DILO company and assisting the international advanced condensing liquefaction method to reduce the working pressure of the system, improve the working efficiency of recycling. Advanced design, complete functions, reasonable structure, simple and easy operation.
2. Compression system uses SF6 special compressor introducing foreign compression technology, which can directly compress SF6 gas into liquid to store in SF6 storage tank (or use auxiliary refrigeration compression& storage) to realize oil-free rapid recovery of SF6 gas.
3. The vacuum system uses a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a fast vacuum rate and an oil return prevent device is equipped in the system.
4. The recovery pressurization system uses a single-stage rotary vane pump (diaphragm pump) with low residual pressure and high speed.
5. The purification system uses the American Pioneer filter, which adopts two-stage built-in electric heater and built-in high-efficiency adsorbent, the purification effect is more remarkable (not need to replace the adsorbent frequently).
6. The three-phase power supply for the device electrical system is automatically confirmed and adjusted.
7. The device control system uses the imported latest patented SF6 special valve, which is more reliable than the similar ball valve (uses American NELES-JAMESBURY valve).
8. The storage system can be equipped with liquid storage tanks of various specifications& capacities according to the needs of users.
9. The equipment is air-cooling movable type, which can be used in the place without external water source.
