ZJ vacuum oiling machine
ZJ vacuum oiler is mainly used for filling insulating oil to oil-filled transformers and current transformers. It also can be used for oil filling operations for transformers, on-load switches and conduits below 500KV.
The major feature of ZJ vacuum oiler is: firstly pump the upper part of the metal expander of transformer to a high vacuum (-0.07Mpa) level with a vacuum pump, that is, after remove the residual gas in the oil-filled equipment, especially that between the coils, the insulating oil can be automatically filled through oil tube or oiled by oil pump to the normal oil level required by the equipment. After the oil filling is completed, the oil-filled equipment will be vacuumed again to ensure the original insulation performance of the equipment. This oiler is safe, convenient and the oil is not polluted.
