1. Product Description
The 300TPD Gold CIL (Carbon-In-Leach) Production Line is a mature medium-to-large scale turnkey gold processing system specially designed for a daily ore processing capacity of 300 tons. It integrates a full set of professional mining equipment including crushing, grinding, thickening, CIL leaching and adsorption, carbon desorption, electrowinning, gold smelting, carbon regeneration and tailings harmless treatment. This production line is widely suitable for processing rock gold ore, oxidized gold ore, low-grade gold ore and secondary gold-bearing tailings. With standardized modular configuration and optimized process layout, it is the preferred solution for medium-sized gold mining projects, featuring stable operation, high processing efficiency and strong environmental compliance. We provide one-stop services including process design, equipment manufacturing, factory debugging, on-site installation guidance and long-term technical after-sales support.
2. Working Principle
Raw gold ore is sent for multi-stage crushing and precise ball mill grinding to reach fine particle fineness, realizing full liberation of monomer gold. Lime is added to adjust the alkalinity of ore slurry to create a stable leaching environment, and cyanide agents are injected into the series of stirring leaching tanks with continuous aeration. The elemental gold in the ore fully dissolves and forms stable soluble gold-cyanide complexes in the slurry.
Different from the traditional CIP process, granular activated carbon is directly put into the leaching tanks. Gold leaching and carbon adsorption are carried out simultaneously, which avoids gold loss in intermediate links. Through counter-current movement between ore slurry and activated carbon, gold-loaded carbon is efficiently separated by professional carbon screening equipment. The high-purity gold-loaded carbon is transported to the high-temperature and high-pressure desorption electrowinning system to strip gold elements from the carbon surface. High-grade gold sludge is obtained after electrowinning enrichment, and finished gold bullion is produced after smelting and purification. The deactivated activated carbon is regenerated and reused to reduce production costs, while the tailings are discharged after professional detoxification and environmental treatment to meet emission standards.
3. Main Features
1. Large-scale and high-efficiency processing capacity, with stable 300 tons per day ore handling capacity, and the gold recovery rate of conventional oxidized gold ore can reach 88%-95%.
2. Integrated CIL synchronous leaching and adsorption process simplifies the production flow, omits redundant filtration procedures, and effectively reduces power consumption, reagent consumption and labor costs compared with traditional processes.
3. Optimized tank body structure and anti-abrasion stirring design greatly reduce carbon abrasion loss, improve activated carbon utilization rate and lower long-term operating costs.
4. Equipped with complete carbon regeneration system and circulating water treatment system, which realizes resource recycling, saves water resources and reduces project operating investment.
5. Support customized configuration of automation systems, which can realize automatic monitoring and intelligent adjustment of feeding, leaching, adsorption and desorption links, improving production stability.
6. Strong ore adaptability, which can stably process gold ore with fluctuating grade and different mineral properties, with low failure rate and long continuous operation cycle.
