1. Product Description
The 200TPD Gold CIL (Carbon‑In‑Leach) Plant is a medium‑scale complete turn‑key gold extraction production line designed to process 200 tons of gold‑bearing ore every day. The whole system covers crushing‑grinding, thickening, CIL leaching‑adsorption, desorption‑electrowinning, gold smelting, carbon regeneration and tailings treatment modules. It is widely applicable for oxidized rock gold ore, low‑grade gold ore and partial gold‑bearing tailings. Total plant cost varies based on ore characteristics, configuration standards, civil construction, site conditions and supporting facilities. We provide cost evaluation, process design, equipment manufacturing, site installation guidance and after‑sales technical service for medium‑sized gold mining projects.
2. Working Principle
Raw gold ore goes through multi‑stage crushing and ball‑mill grinding to liberate fine gold particles and form qualified ore pulp. Lime is added to adjust slurry pH value, and cyanide reagent is fed into series agitated leaching tanks with continuous aeration. Metallic gold dissolves and forms soluble gold‑cyanide complexes inside the slurry.Different from CIP process, granular activated carbon is directly added into leaching tanks. Gold leaching and carbon adsorption proceed simultaneously. Through counter‑current contact between ore slurry and activated carbon, gold‑loaded carbon is separated by inter‑tank carbon screens. Gold‑rich carbon is transported to high‑temperature high‑pressure desorption‑electrowinning unit, where gold is stripped from carbon and deposited into gold sludge by electrowinning. High‑purity gold bullion is obtained after smelting. Spent activated carbon is regenerated for cyclic use, and tailings are discharged after harmless detoxification treatment.

Medium‑capacity mature CIL process, stable 200‑ton‑per‑day throughput, gold recovery rate reaches 86%‑93% for oxide gold ores.
Flexible investment & cost control: total cost depends on equipment grade, automation level, civil works and local infrastructure; modular design helps cut capital expenditure.
Integrated leaching‑adsorption workflow removes intermediate filtration steps, lowers reagent and power consumption compared with traditional CIP plants.
Optimized tank stirring and screening structure reduces activated carbon abrasion and carbon consumption.
Equipped with carbon regeneration system and process‑water recycling system to decrease running cost for remote mining sites.
Supports customized configuration: basic manual‑control version or advanced automatic DCS monitoring version for different budget requirements.
Adaptable to fluctuating ore grade; complete tailings detoxification module meets local environmental discharge standards.
