1. Product Description
We are a professional manufacturer of 100TPD Gold CIL (Carbon‑In‑Leach) Plant. This turn‑key gold processing production line is engineered to treat 100 tons of gold‑bearing ore per day. The full‑set plant includes crushing, grinding, thickening, CIL leaching‑adsorption, desorption‑electrowinning, gold smelting and tailings disposal sections. It fits rock gold ore, oxidized gold ore and some gold‑containing tailings. Our factory provides complete solutions covering design, manufacturing, factory testing, on‑site installation guidance and after‑sales support for medium‑small gold mining projects.
2. Working Principle
Raw gold ore is crushed and ground by ball mill to liberate fine gold particles. Lime is added to adjust slurry alkalinity, and cyanide solution is injected into agitated leaching tanks with air blowing. Gold is dissolved to form gold‑cyanide complexes.Granular activated carbon is directly put into leaching tanks. Gold leaching and carbon‑gold adsorption happen at the same time. Loaded gold carbon is separated from ore slurry via inter‑tank carbon screens. Gold‑rich carbon is sent to desorption‑electrowinning unit, where gold is eluted from carbon under high temperature and high pressure. Electrowinning produces high‑grade gold sludge, which is smelted into gold bullion. The exhausted activated carbon goes through regeneration for cyclic utilization, and tailings are discharged after proper harmless treatment.
