1. Product Description
The Wet Ball Mill for Ore Processing System is the core key grinding equipment for modern wet mineral processing production lines. It is specially designed for wet fine grinding of gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, lead-zinc ore and other metallic and non-metallic minerals. Different from dry grinding equipment, this wet-type ball mill adopts water-assisted grinding technology to process raw ore into fine and uniform ore pulp. It can form a complete closed-circuit grinding system by matching with spiral classifiers or hydrocyclones, effectively realizing continuous fine grinding and particle size classification. It provides high-quality qualified ore pulp for subsequent flotation, gravity separation, magnetic separation and leaching processes, ensuring high efficiency and stable beneficiation indicators for the entire ore processing system.
2. Working Principle
Driven by the motor and optimized transmission system, the mill cylinder rotates stably at a constant speed. Multiple specifications of high-hardness steel balls are evenly loaded inside the cylinder as grinding media. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and lining friction force, the steel balls are lifted to a fixed height and then fall down to generate continuous impact, extrusion and abrasive grinding force. Raw ore materials and water are fed into the grinding chamber simultaneously. Coarse ore blocks are gradually refined into fine ore pulp through continuous collision, friction and wet grinding between ore and steel balls. Qualified fine pulp is discharged for the next beneficiation procedure. Unqualified coarse particles are screened by classification equipment and returned to the mill for cyclic re-grinding, realizing stable and high-efficiency circulating wet grinding.
