1. Product Description
The Dry Ball Mill for Mineral Powder Grinding is a professional anhydrous fine grinding equipment developed for mineral powder processing and water-sensitive ore materials. It adopts a fully dry grinding process without adding water during operation, specially designed for producing high-fineness and uniform mineral powder. This machine is widely suitable for dry grinding of quartz, feldspar, limestone, gold ore, iron ore and other metal and non-metal minerals. Matched with powder classifiers and dust collecting systems, it forms a complete closed-circuit dry powder grinding production line. It is widely applied in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials industries, providing standard ultra-fine mineral powder for subsequent material modification and deep processing.
2. Working Principle
Driven by the motor and stable transmission system, the ball mill cylinder rotates steadily at a constant speed. Multiple specifications of high-strength steel balls are loaded inside the cylinder as grinding media. Under the action of centrifugal force and wear-resistant lining friction force, the steel balls are lifted to a reasonable height and then fall and roll down to generate strong impact, extrusion and abrasive force. Dry bulk ore materials are continuously and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber. Through repeated collision, rolling and friction between ore particles and steel media, coarse ore blocks are gradually refined into uniform fine powder. Qualified mineral powder is discharged and collected, while unqualified coarse particles are screened by the classification system and returned to the mill for cyclic re-grinding. The whole process is carried out in a fully sealed state to realize pollution-free and high-precision dry powder grinding.
