1. Product Description
This combined gravity separation alluvial gold CIL plant is a customized integrated production line specially developed for river alluvial gold, eluvial gold and residual placer gold. Different from single gravity separation equipment or simple CIL equipment, it organically combines gravity roughing pre-enrichment and carbon-in-leach fine gold deep recovery, solving the problem that coarse gold is easy to collect while ultra-fine gold is seriously lost in traditional placer gold mining.The complete equipment configuration includes washing screening machine, desliming hydrocyclone, centrifugal concentrator, jig machine, heavy sand enrichment system, pulp thickener, fine gold CIL leaching tank group, high-precision carbon screening device, desorption-electrolysis integrated machine, carbon regeneration equipment and environmental tailings wastewater treatment system.The daily processing capacity can be customized from 120TPD to 6000TPD. It is widely applied to scattered river placer gold mines in Ecuador, Amazon Basin and other Latin American regions. It is suitable for mixed placer ore containing coarse gold, fine gold and colloidal micro gold, and fills the recovery gap of micro-fine gold in traditional placer beneficiation.
2. Working Principle
The whole process is divided into two core stages: gravity separation coarse gold recovery and CIL fine gold leaching recovery:
Washing screening and desliming: Raw placer ore is washed and screened to remove large gravel, clay and slime, and complete particle size classification to separate coarse ore and fine ore pulp.
Multi-stage gravity separation: Centrifugal separator and jig machine use density difference to separate coarse granular gold and heavy gold-bearing minerals directly from gangue; most visible coarse gold is collected directly at this stage.
Fine pulp concentration preparation: The tailing fine pulp containing micro-fine gold after gravity separation is concentrated and adjusted to stable concentration and pH value suitable for cyanide leaching.
CIL synchronous leaching and adsorption: Cyanide dissolves ultra-fine granular gold into gold cyanide complex ions, activated carbon adsorbs gold ions continuously in the leaching tank to capture the micro gold lost by gravity separation.
Loaded carbon treatment and smelting: Saturated loaded carbon is screened and transported to desorption-electrolysis equipment to strip gold, electrolyze to obtain high-purity gold mud, and finally smelt gold mud into gold ingots.
Carbon recycling and harmless discharge: The barren carbon after desorption is activated and regenerated for cyclic use; tailings and wastewater are detoxified and purified before discharge or recycling.
3. Core Features
Full particle size gold recovery: Gravity separation captures coarse gold, CIL recovers micro-fine gold, comprehensive recovery rate is 7%~12% higher than single gravity placer equipment.
Low overall consumption: Most gangue is discarded in advance by gravity separation, greatly reducing the volume of leaching pulp, cutting cyanide dosage, carbon consumption and power consumption.
Flexible process switching: The CIL section can be turned on or off independently according to ore composition, switch freely between single gravity separation and combined process.
Compact layout & strong mobility: Modular split design, small floor area, suitable for temporary construction on river beaches, floodplains and scattered mining sites.
Stable operation for complex placer ore: Effectively handle mixed placer ore wrapped slime, colloidal gold and intergrowth fine gold.
Simple environmental governance: Small amount of cyanide-containing pulp, low pollution load, convenient tailings detoxification and water circulation management.
Mature overseas application: Well-adapted to Ecuador local placer mining environment, supporting container transportation and rapid on-site assembly.
Low maintenance difficulty: The front-end gravity equipment has low failure rate, and standardized CIL accessories are easy to purchase locally overseas.
