1. Product Description

The Fine Gold Recovery CIL Plant is an upgraded customized carbon-in-leach equipment specially designed for fine-grained, micro-disseminated, wrapped and colloidal gold ore which is difficult to leach with conventional standard CIL devices. Ordinary equipment has low capture efficiency for ultra-fine gold below 200 mesh, while this set optimizes grinding, leaching environment and carbon adsorption structure to target fine gold loss.The complete production line consists of ultra-fine regrinding system, high-speed stirring sealed leaching tank group, high-precision carbon interception screening machine, low-loss high-flow adsorption system, enhanced desorption-electrolysis unit, high-efficiency carbon activation regeneration equipment, precise automatic dosing system and real-time intelligent monitoring system.The optional daily processing capacity covers 150TPD~6000TPD. It is widely used in hard rock oxidized ore, sulfide ore, tailings reprocessing projects in Ecuador, Africa and Southeast Asia. It solves the long-standing problem of fine gold runoff loss, and significantly improves the overall recovery rate of ultra-fine granular gold resources.

2. Working Principle

The basic framework adopts classic CIL synchronous leaching and adsorption process, and multi-stage strengthening measures are added for fine gold capture:

  1. Ultra-fine grinding: Raw ore is crushed and ground repeatedly to ultra-fine particle size, fully dissociating wrapped fine gold from gangue minerals to eliminate physical embedding barriers of gold particles.

  2. Pulp conditioning: Stabilize pulp concentration, pH value and oxygen content, create a mild and efficient cyanide dissolution environment suitable for ultra-fine gold.

  3. Enhanced synchronous leaching & adsorption: Intensive stirring accelerates the dissolution of fine gold into gold cyanide complex ions; improved large specific-area activated carbon continuously intercepts and adsorbs tiny gold ions to prevent fine gold from flowing away with tailings.

  4. Loaded carbon collection: High-precision screening fully intercepts small-particle loaded carbon, avoiding carbon overflow and fine gold loss.

  5. Intensive gold desorption & electrolysis: High-temperature and high-pressure enhanced desorption separates gold from activated carbon efficiently, electrolysis precipitates high-purity gold mud.

  6. Carbon regeneration & circulation: Spent carbon is deeply activated and regenerated to restore adsorption capacity; waste pulp is detoxified and discharged up to standard.
