1. Product Description
The 800 TPD large gold CIL plant is a standardized large-scale fixed carbon-in-leach production line designed for medium and large commercial gold mines. It is tailored for continuous all-day stable operation, and it is widely applicable to hard rock oxidized gold ore, low-sulfur sulfide gold ore, mixed associated gold ore and old tailings recycling projects.The complete set of equipment consists of heavy-duty crushing unit, two-stage closed-circuit grinding system, high-volume thickener, multi-stage series sealed leaching tank array, large-flow carbon screening system, industrial-grade high-power desorption-electrolysis integrated unit, centralized carbon regeneration furnace, automatic continuous reagent adding system, full wastewater closed circulation system, large-scale tailings detoxification station and central intelligent PLC control room.This mature fixed specification is widely delivered to Ecuador, South America, Africa and Central Asia. With stable daily throughput of 800 tons of raw ore, the whole line is configured with industrial heavy equipment to meet long-term uninterrupted 24-hour industrial mining production requirements.
2. Working Principle
It follows the classic mature CIL synchronous leaching & adsorption technological route, and adopts large-scale serialized equipment to amplify continuous production efficiency:
Crushing & closed-circuit grinding: Raw ore is crushed coarsely and finely, then delivered to closed-circuit ball mill group for fine grinding, to reach the monomer dissociation particle size of gold minerals.
Concentration & pulp conditioning: Ground pulp enters thickener for dehydration concentration, adjust pulp density, pH value and dissolved oxygen to build stable leaching environment.
Serial CIL leaching & adsorption: Concentrated pulp flows sequentially through multi-stage connected leaching tanks; cyanide dissolves gold into gold cyanide complex ions, and activated carbon continuously adsorbs gold ions synchronously with ore pulp flowing.
Loaded carbon separation: High-strength large-scale screening equipment intercepts saturated loaded carbon, and sends it to the desorption-electrolysis workshop.
Desorption, electrolysis & smelting: High-temperature high-pressure desorption strips gold from activated carbon, electrolysis precipitates high-purity gold mud, and gold mud is smelted into finished gold ingots.
Carbon regeneration & harmless discharge: Desorbed barren carbon is centralized heated and activated for cyclic reuse; tailings and wastewater are processed by detoxification and purification, then recycled or discharged up to environmental standards.
