1. Product Description

The Alluvial Gold CIL Processing Plant is special carbon-in-leach equipment developed for river alluvial gold, placer gold and eluvial gold. Different from hard-rock gold processing lines, it targets loose granular placer ore without complex crushing links, focusing on gravity pre-concentration combined with CIL deep gold extraction.The complete assembly includes screening & desliming equipment, jig concentrator, centrifugal gravity separator, heavy mineral enrichment unit, fine-grained gold pulp preparation system, CIL leaching tank group, carbon screening machine, desorption-electrolysis integrated equipment, carbon regeneration device, wastewater circulation system and tailings purification system.Customized daily capacity ranges from 100TPD to 5000TPD. It is widely applied in Amazon basins, river valleys of Ecuador and other Latin American regions rich in placer gold. Gravity separation firstly reclaims coarse visible gold, and CIL recovers micro fine granular gold that gravity separation cannot capture, realizing full-spectrum recovery of both coarse and fine placer gold.

2. Working Principle

The whole technological flow is divided into gravity roughing enrichment and CIL fine gold leaching recovery two major parts:

  1. Desliming & grading: Raw placer ore is screened and washed to remove slime, clay and large waste stones, separating ores of different particle sizes.

  2. Gravity concentration: Jig and centrifugal separator separate coarse gold and heavy gold-bearing minerals from light gangue by density difference; most coarse gold is directly collected.

  3. Fine pulp preparation: Residual micro-fine gold mixed with fine sand is made into uniform leaching pulp after concentration.

  4. CIL synchronous leaching & adsorption: Cyanide dissolves fine granular gold into gold cyanide complex ions, activated carbon continuously adsorbs gold ions inside leaching tanks.

  5. Gold extraction & smelting: Gold-laden carbon is delivered to desorption-electrolysis equipment for gold desorption and electrolysis to produce gold mud, then gold mud is smelted into gold ingots.

  6. Circulation & discharge: Regenerated carbon is reused in leaching section; clean tailings and wastewater are recycled or discharged after harmless treatment.
