Product Description
Gold CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) processing plant equipment is a complete set of beneficiation machinery designed for efficient gold extraction from gold ores, especially suitable for low-grade gold ores, oxide gold ores and gold tailings. It integrates crushing, grinding, leaching, adsorption, desorption, electrolysis and smelting processes into a unified production line, realizing automated and continuous gold recovery. This equipment is widely used in small to large-scale gold mining enterprises, featuring strong adaptability to different ore properties and stable operation in harsh mining environments.

Working Principle
The working principle of gold CIL processing plant equipment is based on the simultaneous leaching and adsorption of gold in ore slurry. First, the raw gold ore is crushed into fine particles through crushing equipment, then ground into qualified pulp by grinding equipment. The pulp is sent to leaching tanks, where gold is dissolved into gold cyanide complex by cyanide solution under alkaline conditions (pH controlled at 10-11). Meanwhile, activated carbon is added into the leaching tanks, which adsorbs the dissolved gold cyanide complex onto its surface. After adsorption, the carbon loaded with gold is separated from the pulp, and then undergoes desorption and electrolysis processes to obtain high-purity gold mud. Finally, the gold mud is smelted to produce gold ingots. The tailings after gold recovery are treated by the tail liquid treatment system to meet environmental protection requirements before discharge.
