1. Product Description
The Clean Gold CIL Processing Plant adopts environmentally responsible improved CIL technology, which is developed to solve cyanide pollution, wastewater leakage and tailings pollution problems in traditional gold mines. It is a high-end environmentally friendly gold extraction equipment upgraded on the basis of standard CIL production lines, focusing on low pollution, low chemical residue and clean production.The complete set of equipment consists of closed crushing and grinding system, sealed leaching tank group, low-loss carbon screening unit, energy-saving desorption electrolysis equipment, high-efficiency carbon regeneration system, integrated cyanide degradation system, full-sewage closed circulation system, tailings deep detoxification & filter pressing dry discharge system, waste gas adsorption purification system and intelligent environmental monitoring linkage control system.The plant supports customized daily processing capacity of 100TPD~8000TPD, compatible with oxide gold ore, hard rock gold ore, sulfide gold ore and recycled gold tailings. It is specially suitable for mines in Latin America such as Ecuador, Peru, as well as other areas with strict ecological protection requirements. It can maintain continuous stable gold production while realizing clean, low-carbon and pollution-free mining operation.
2. Working Principle
The gold extraction core retains mature CIL synchronous leaching & adsorption principle, and the whole process is equipped with full-process pollution interception and harmless treatment links.
Ore preparation: Gold ore is crushed and ground in fully enclosed equipment to avoid dust pollution, and made into standard leaching pulp.
Synchronous leaching & adsorption: Sealed leaching tanks effectively restrain the volatilization of toxic gas; elemental gold dissolves into gold cyanide complex ions, and activated carbon adsorbs gold ions synchronously.
Gold enrichment and smelting: Loaded carbon is screened and delivered to desorption electrolysis equipment for gold desorption and electrolytic precipitation into gold mud, and gold mud is smelted into standard gold ingots.
Carbon recycling: Lean carbon after gold removal is regenerated and recycled to the leaching system repeatedly.
Whole-process clean governance:① Wastewater: All production wastewater is collected, degraded and recycled internally permanently, with zero direct discharge;② Waste gas: Volatile harmful gas is captured and purified, and exhaust gas is discharged after reaching atmospheric standards;③ Tailings: Waste pulp is deeply detoxified to eliminate residual cyanide, then separated by filter pressing into dry tailings for safe stockpiling, without muddy seepage.

Fully sealed production environment: Closed crushing, sealed leaching tanks and enclosed workshops greatly reduce toxic gas and dust overflow, protecting operators and surrounding ecology.
Permanent closed water circulation: Industrial wastewater is 100% recycled, no external drainage, cutting water consumption and eliminating water pollution risk fundamentally.
Thorough cyanide harmless treatment: Efficient degradation technology removes residual cyanide in tailings and wastewater completely, tailings meet international harmless landfill standards.
Low carbon & energy conservation: Optimized equipment power configuration and efficient carbon regeneration reduce power consumption, realizing low-carbon production.
Stable high gold recovery rate: Clean environmental modules do not interfere with metallurgical reactions, the comprehensive gold recovery rate of various ores stably reaches 92%~98%.
Intelligent environmental linkage monitoring: Real-time monitoring of cyanide concentration, exhaust gas indicators, water quality parameters; the system automatically adjusts reagent dosage to keep emission indexes stable.
Strong regional environmental adaptability: In line with Ecuadorian national mining environmental laws and South American ecological protection standards, easy environmental approval and inspection.
Long-term low comprehensive cost: Low chemical loss, low water consumption and fewer environmental maintenance workloads reduce long-term mine operating expenditure.
Safe tailings disposal: Dry tailings stacking avoids dam break risks of traditional tailing ponds, improving mine safety coefficient.
