1. Product Description
The Environmentally Compliant Gold CIL Plant is an upgraded environmentally optimized version of conventional CIL gold extraction equipment, designed to satisfy increasingly strict global mining environmental protection laws and green mine construction standards. It retains the mature carbon-in-leach core process, while adding full closed-circuit waste treatment modules to control sewage, waste gas and solid tailings pollution.The complete assembly includes crushing-grinding system, leaching adsorption system, high-efficiency desorption electrolysis unit, carbon regeneration system, closed circulating water system, cyanide tailings harmless detoxification system, waste gas collection & purification device, solid residue pressing filter system and intelligent centralized control system.Customized daily processing capacity ranges from 100TPD to 6000TPD. It is applicable to oxide gold ore, hard rock gold ore, sulfide gold ore and gold tailings, widely used in South America, Africa, Central Asia and other regions with strict environmental supervision. It can achieve long-term stable production while meeting local environmental inspection standards and emission indicators.
2. Working Principle
The gold extraction section adopts standard CIL synchronous leaching and adsorption principle, and the biggest difference lies in the additional whole-process environmental governance workflow.
Ore preparation: Gold ore is crushed and ground into qualified pulp for cyanide leaching.
Synchronous leaching & adsorption: Gold dissolves into cyanide complex ions, and activated carbon adsorbs gold ions synchronously inside leaching tanks.
Gold refining: Loaded carbon is delivered to desorption electrolysis equipment for gold separation and electrolytic precipitation to produce gold mud, which is smelted into gold ingots.
Carbon recycling: Spent carbon is regenerated and reused in the leaching section.
Environmental treatment:① Sewage: All production wastewater is collected for detoxification treatment and fully recycled without external random discharge;② Waste gas: Volatile harmful gas in leaching workshop is collected and purified to meet emission standards;③ Tailings: Waste ore pulp undergoes deep detoxification, filter pressing and solid-liquid separation, tailings are stacked dry, no muddy sewage leakage.
3. Core Features
Full closed-loop water circulation: Zero external discharge of production wastewater, greatly reduces water consumption and eliminates water pollution risks.
Efficient cyanide detoxification system: Advanced chemical detox technology thoroughly decomposes residual cyanide in tailings, tailings reach harmless discharge standard.
Centralized waste gas purification: Closed workshop + exhaust gas absorption equipment inhibits toxic gas volatilization, protects on-site staff and atmospheric environment.
Dry stacking of tailings: Automatic filter pressing device separates slurry into dry residue, convenient tailings storage and secondary resource reuse.
Stable high gold recovery rate: Environmental modules do not interfere with the core leaching-adsorption process, recovery rate keeps 91%~98% for various gold ores.
Intelligent linkage control: The control system links production parameters and environmental monitoring data, automatically adjusts dosing to stabilize emission indexes.
Wide regional adaptability: Conforms to environmental regulations of Ecuador, Ghana, Tanzania and other major gold-producing countries, easy to pass official environmental acceptance.
Long-term low environmental maintenance cost: Integrated environmental treatment structure, low consumable loss, stable operation without frequent manual maintenance.
