1. Product Description
The Sulfide Gold Ore CIL Plant is professional customized gold extraction equipment developed specially for refractory sulfide gold ore. Sulfide gold ore commonly has gold grains tightly wrapped in pyrite, arsenopyrite and other sulfide minerals, which seriously hinders cyanide leaching, so this production line is equipped with a complete set of pre-oxidation pretreatment modules independently on the basis of standard CIL process.The complete production line includes crushing system, intensive grinding classification system, pre-oxidation reaction system, cyanide leaching tank group, multi-stage activated carbon adsorption system, high-pressure high-temperature desorption electrolysis equipment, gold smelting ingot casting system, tailings detoxification & waste water closed circulation system and full PLC intelligent automatic control system.This plant can realize flexible capacity customization from small 100TPD to super-large 5000TPD. It is widely used for underground refractory sulfide gold mines around the world, supports long-term 24-hour uninterrupted industrial operation, and finally produces standard high-purity gold ingots after complete pretreatment, leaching, adsorption and smelting procedures.
2. Working Principle
The equipment adopts improved CIL technology matched with pre-oxidation pretreatment, which is divided into four core stages: pre-oxidation dissociation, synchronous leaching & adsorption, gold enrichment refining, carbon regeneration and tailings treatment.
Pre-oxidation dissociation: Raw sulfide gold ore is crushed and finely ground to ultra-fine pulp. The pulp enters the pre-oxidation system, sulfide minerals are oxidized and decomposed, wrapped gold grains are fully dissociated and exposed, eliminating toxic substances that restrain cyanide leaching.
Synchronous leaching & adsorption: The pretreated qualified pulp is transported into cyanide leaching tanks. Exposed elemental gold reacts with cyanide medicament to form gold cyanide complex ions; granular activated carbon is added synchronously to adsorb gold complex ions while leaching proceeds.
Gold enrichment refining: Gold-saturated loaded carbon is screened and delivered to desorption-electrolysis equipment. Gold is desorbed from carbon and precipitated into solid gold mud through electrolysis; gold mud is purified and smelted into finished gold ingots.
Recycling and emission: Lean carbon after gold removal is regenerated and recycled to leaching tanks; waste tailing pulp is detoxified and purified, and discharged after reaching international environmental protection discharge standards.

Stable and reliable recovery rate: After complete oxidation treatment, conventional sulfide gold ore achieves 90%~95.5% gold recovery rate, stable production index and low gold loss.
Strong wear and corrosion resistance: Core grinding equipment and reaction tanks adopt wear-resistant and anti-corrosion lining materials, adapting to long-term processing of hard sulfide ores.
Intelligent precise control: PLC system automatically monitors oxidation degree, pulp fineness, pH value, carbon concentration and reagent dosage, effectively stabilizing leaching indicators and reducing manual errors.
Energy-saving and consumption reduction: Optimized process layout and carbon cyclic regeneration design effectively cut power consumption and cyanide consumption, reducing long-term mine operating costs.
Complete environmental protection configuration: Supporting sulfur-containing waste gas collection, tailings detoxification and closed water circulation system, fully compliant with global mining environmental protection regulations.
Flexible modular expansion: Standard modular assembly structure, convenient installation and commissioning, modules can be added freely for later capacity upgrading and technological adjustment.
