Product Overview
33% hydrochloric acid equipment is a complete set of industrial anti-corrosion production equipment independently developed and manufactured for standard industrial-grade hydrochloric acid production. The whole set of equipment takes hydrogen and chlorine gas as raw materials, and realizes high-purity 33% hydrochloric acid synthesis, purification, storage and transportation through closed combustion synthesis and cooling absorption technology. As professional industrial acid-making equipment, it is widely used in small and medium-sized chemical factories, environmental protection water treatment enterprises and metallurgical pickling supporting projects. The equipment features strong corrosion resistance, stable concentration, low failure rate and full automatic operation.
Technical Principle
The equipment adopts mature hydrogen-chlorine synthetic acid-making technology. After precise flow proportioning, hydrogen and chlorine gas enter the synthesis furnace for full combustion reaction to generate high-temperature hydrogen chloride gas. After cooling, circulating absorption and purification treatment, the gas is dissolved in water to form standard 33% industrial hydrochloric acid. The system adopts circulating water cooling and multi-stage absorption process to improve acid-making efficiency, reduce raw material loss and ensure stable finished acid concentration and low impurity content.
Main Features
33% hydrochloric acid production equipment adopts full closed production structure to prevent acid mist volatilization and environmental pollution. All liquid contact parts are made of FRP, PTFE and other anti-corrosion materials, which can resist long-term strong acid erosion. The intelligent flow ratio control ensures stable concentration of finished acid at 33%. The equipment is equipped with professional tail gas absorption system to realize zero emission of residual gas. The whole system is compact in structure, small in floor space and easy to install and maintain.
