Technical Principle
The crude chlorine gas produced by electrolysis contains moisture and trace impurities. It first enters multi-stage concentrated sulfuric acid drying system for deep dehydration to ensure low dew point of chlorine gas and avoid equipment corrosion. The dried pure chlorine gas is pressurized step by step through special anti-corrosion compressor. The pressurized chlorine gas enters low-temperature refrigeration heat exchange unit, and realizes gas-liquid phase conversion through cryogenic heat exchange. The liquefied liquid chlorine is buffered and separated from non-condensable gas, and finally stored in special pressure vessels. The whole process adopts closed-loop circulation and pressure automatic regulation to ensure safe and stable liquefaction and storage.
