Technical Principle
The whole production process adopts refined brine closed-loop electrolysis technology. Raw industrial salt is dissolved, filtered and precisely purified to remove calcium, magnesium and sulfate impurities, reaching electrolysis-grade brine standard. Purified saturated brine enters ion membrane electrolyzer, where DC power drives directional ion migration and redox reaction. Anode releases chlorine gas while cathode generates hydrogen and dilute caustic soda solution. By-products are separately collected, treated and processed: chlorine gas is used for liquefaction and acid synthesis, hydrogen gas is recycled for combustion or external sales, and dilute lye is concentrated through evaporation system to form industrial-grade liquid alkali. The whole process realizes cyclic utilization of raw materials and zero waste discharge.
