Product Overview

This complete anti-corrosion synthesis system is independently developed for stable industrial-grade hydrochloric acid preparation, using chlorine and hydrogen by-products from chlor-alkali production as raw materials. Through fully closed combustion synthesis, multi-stage circulating cooling and graded absorption technology, the equipment stably outputs standard 33% concentration hydrochloric acid. All medium contact components adopt high-strength anti-corrosion materials to adapt to long-term strong acid working environments. With automatic gas proportioning, continuous production and complete tail gas treatment functions, the equipment is widely used in metal processing, environmental protection water treatment and supporting chemical production projects.
Technical Principle
Purified chlorine gas and hydrogen gas are precisely proportioned according to chemical reaction ratio and delivered into sealed graphite synthesis furnace for full combustion, generating high-temperature hydrogen chloride gas. High-temperature gas is rapidly cooled through multi-stage graphite cooling devices to reduce temperature and avoid equipment thermal corrosion. The cooled hydrogen chloride gas enters circulating packed absorption tower, where process water performs countercurrent spraying and graded absorption to form concentrated hydrochloric acid solution. After circulating concentration stabilization and online detection adjustment, standard 33% industrial hydrochloric acid is formed. Residual tail gas is treated by alkali washing system to realize harmless zero emission.
