Product Overview
Industrial liquid chlorine equipment is a complete set of professional supporting systems for chlor-alkali production lines, covering chlorine gas purification, compression, low-temperature liquefaction, sealed storage and safe handling. The equipment processes crude gaseous chlorine generated from electrolysis workshops, removing moisture and impurities through deep drying and filtration, then converts qualified dry chlorine gas into high-purity liquid chlorine via low-temperature refrigeration liquefaction. Designed strictly in accordance with international pressure vessel and hazardous chemical safety specifications, the system integrates real-time monitoring, multi-level safety interlock and emergency neutralization devices. It provides safe and stable liquid chlorine products for chemical synthesis, large-scale water disinfection and industrial bleaching industries.
Technical Principle
Crude chlorine gas from electrolysis contains moisture and trace mechanical impurities. It first passes through multi-stage concentrated sulfuric acid drying towers for deep dehydration to reduce gas dew point and prevent pipeline corrosion during compression. Dry pure chlorine gas is pressurized step-by-step through special anti-corrosion compressors and sent to low-temperature refrigeration heat exchange units. Under constant pressure and low-temperature heat exchange, gaseous chlorine completes phase conversion into liquid state. Liquefied liquid chlorine enters buffer tanks to separate non-condensable impurities, then is transported to special pressure storage tanks for sealed storage. The whole system realizes closed-loop circulation, automatic pressure regulation and abnormal condition emergency disposal.

Automatic safety interlock system can quickly cut off production and start emergency neutralization in case of abnormalities.
