Technical Principle

The core production core relies on advanced zero-gap ion exchange membrane electrolysis process. After multi-stage brine softening and deep purification to remove calcium, magnesium and sulfate impurities, refined saturated brine is sent into the electrolyzer. Under stable DC power supply, oxidation reaction occurs at anode to precipitate chlorine gas, while cathode generates hydrogen and dilute sodium hydroxide liquid. The selective permeable ion membrane separates anode and cathode medium to avoid gas mixing and side reactions. Crude lye is transported to multi-effect evaporation unit for concentration; chlorine and hydrogen are separately cooled, dried and compressed for subsequent processing. Chlorine-hydrogen synthesis reaction is adopted to produce qualified hydrochloric acid, while chlorine low-temperature liquefaction system produces commercial liquid chlorine, realizing full resource recycling of all electrolytic by-products.
