Technical Principle
The entire production workflow relies on refined brine electrolysis and graded product processing. Raw industrial salt undergoes dissolving, filtration and deep purification to eliminate calcium, magnesium and sulfate impurities, meeting strict electrolysis-grade water standards. Purified saturated brine flows into membrane electrolyzers under controlled DC power. Electrochemical reactions separate raw materials into chlorine gas at the anode and hydrogen plus dilute sodium hydroxide solution at the cathode. The ion membrane isolates anode and cathode chambers to prevent gas mixing and side reactions. Gaseous by-products are treated, dried and compressed for liquefaction and acid synthesis, while dilute lye is concentrated via evaporation systems to form commercial liquid caustic soda, realizing full resource utilization.
