Technical Principle
The production process takes qualified industrial liquid caustic soda as raw material. Low-concentration lye is sent to multi-effect countercurrent evaporation system, utilizing secondary steam waste heat for gradient concentration to remove moisture. After high-temperature concentration, molten high-purity caustic soda is formed. The molten alkali is transported through heat-insulated anti-crystallization pipelines to the flake molding system. By contacting with low-temperature cooling rollers, the high-temperature molten alkali is rapidly cooled and solidified into uniform flake-shaped solid alkali. After closed dust removal, screening and automatic metering packaging, the finished 99% caustic soda flakes are formed, and the whole process isolates humid air to prevent moisture absorption and quality degradation.
