Product Overview
99% caustic soda flakes EPC turnkey plant is a professional engineering solution focusing on high-purity solid sodium hydroxide industrial production. Based on mature ion membrane liquid alkali production technology, matched with efficient evaporation concentration, constant-temperature molding and dust-free automatic packaging systems, the project can continuously produce top-grade 99% purity caustic soda flakes. The full EPC service covers process optimization, complete equipment matching, workshop layout design, installation and commissioning, production debugging and operator training. It is specially designed for industrial scenarios with strict requirements on alkali purity, low impurity and stable quality.
Technical Principle
The production process takes qualified industrial liquid caustic soda as raw material. Low-concentration lye is sent to multi-effect countercurrent evaporation system, utilizing secondary steam waste heat for gradient concentration to remove moisture. After high-temperature concentration, molten high-purity caustic soda is formed. The molten alkali is transported through heat-insulated anti-crystallization pipelines to the flake molding system. By contacting with low-temperature cooling rollers, the high-temperature molten alkali is rapidly cooled and solidified into uniform flake-shaped solid alkali. After closed dust removal, screening and automatic metering packaging, the finished 99% caustic soda flakes are formed, and the whole process isolates humid air to prevent moisture absorption and quality degradation.
Main Features
The production line adopts waste heat recycling evaporation technology, with extremely low steam and energy consumption. Constant-temperature molding technology ensures uniform flake thickness and stable purity of finished products. Fully closed production and negative-pressure dust removal effectively avoid alkali dust overflow and environmental pollution. Online real-time purity monitoring system automatically adjusts process parameters to ensure stable 99% high purity. The automatic packaging and sealing process reduces manual contact and improves finished product cleanliness.
