Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) elastic tape, made of brand-new pure polytetrafluoroethylene through high- expansion, features a soft texture and high resilience. It comes with a strong adhesive on one side, ensuring a tight fit even on rough flanges and irregular joints. It is resistant to and low temperatures, and acid/alkali corrosion across all media. It is universally applicable to chemical, food, and steam pipeline flanges. Multiple specifications are in stock, and nonstandard customization of any length, width, and thickness is supported. [Product Introduction] This product is an expanded PTFE (ePTFE) elastic tape, made from brand-new PTFE resin through high-temperature expansion and stretching. Unlike ordinary hard PTFE strips, it is soft and elastic. It is available in single-sided adhesive and non-adhesive versions. adhesive version can be directly pasted onto the flange surface without extra glue, ready to use after on-site cutting. It replaces traditional metal-wrapped gaskets and rubber gaskets, adapting to uneven scratched, or old flange seals. [Five Core Advantages] Superb fit and resilience, no media leakage High compression resilience fills all flange irregularities, scratches, and gaps It does not harden or crack under alternating temperature and pressure, ensuring long-term leak-free sealing. With low creep and resistance to deformation, its service life far exceeds that of and asbestos gaskets. Wide temperature range, suitable for both hot and cold conditions Long-term use: -200°C to 260°C;-term peak: 280°C. It does not harden at low temperatures or melt at high temperatures, making it suitable for steam, refrigeration, and high-temperature pipelines. Corrosion resistance to all media, universal for acids and alkalis Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, oils, and water vapor, covering full pH range of 0-14. Made of food-grade pure material, it is safe for sealing in pharmaceutical, pure water, and food equipment without any leaching. Simple, free on-site cutting The built-in adhesive allows for immediate pasting upon peeling. No molds are required; it can be directly cut and used for any pipe diameter flange or irregular storage tank joint, significantly reducing construction costs. Complete specifications, supporting non-standard customization Standard widths of 10-100mm and thicknesses of 2-1mm are kept in stock. Special widths, thicknesses, and lengths can be processed according to requirements.
