I. Product Introduction PTFE rods, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene rods, Teflon rods or "plastic king" rods, are produced using two processes: extrusion and compression molding. Made from polytetrafluoroethylene resin, they can be produced as pure material or modified with such as graphite, glass fiber, or carbon powder. Characterized by extreme chemical inertness, high and low temperature resistance, and self-lubricating non-stick properties, are commonly used as fluoroplastic raw materials for chemical corrosion prevention, wear-resistant mechanical parts, and laboratory equipment. They support custom cutting to any length and custom machining of parts. . Main Classifications 1. Pure White PTFE Rods (General Purpose) No fillers, pure white virgin material, non-toxic and impurity-free, with the strongest stability. Resistant to all strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents, with excellent insulation. Suitable for food equipment, laboratories, corrosion-resistant seals, and medical devices.2. Graphite-Filled PTFE Rods (Black Wear-Resistant Type) Added with graphite powder to reduce the friction coefficient, improve self-lubrication, enhance thermal, and provide anti-static properties. It is less likely to scratch shaft surfaces and is widely used for bearings, sliders, pump and valve bushings, and wear-resistant sleeves. . Glass Fiber-Filled PTFE Rods (High-Strength Type) Modified with glass fiber to improve hardness, rigidity, and compression/wear resistance. It is resistant to deformation making it suitable for high-load mechanical sliders, gaskets, and wear-resistant gear parts. 4. Conductive / Carbon Powder-Filled PTFE Rods Anti-static and conductive eliminating static buildup. Suitable for equipment parts in electronic and chemical industries with flammable and explosive working conditions. 5. Colored Modified PTFE Rods (Red / Blue / Yellow) masterbatches are added to distinguish models. Performance is close to pure PTFE, mostly used for equipment identification and small precision non-standard parts. III.
