Expanded PTFE gasket with holes (soft PTFEPTFE) Soft, high-resilience material, can compensate for slight flange unevenness and rough sealing surface gaps, better fit, tighter sealing, suitable for old equipment non-standard flanges, and low-pressure leakage repair.

This eliminates on- drilling, cutting, and grinding processes, significantly saving installation time. - Superior corrosion resistance, universal for all media: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, electrolytes, salt, and various organic solvents. It does not corrode, dissolve, or age, making it suitable for most chemical corrosion working conditions. - High and low temperature resistance, stable conditions: Long-term operating temperature ranges from -200°C to 260°C. It does not soften at high temperatures or become brittle at low temperatures and pipes are less prone to leakage during thermal cycling. - Non-stick flange, convenient maintenance: The PTFE material has an extremely low coefficient of friction, preventing the flange faces sticking together after long-term use. Disassembly leaves no residue and requires no grinding or cleaning, protecting the flange sealing surface. - Non-toxic and clean, industry- application: No leaching, no pollution, and no harmful substances.
