This perforated PTFE gasket is made from a brand-new, pure PTFE sheet using integrated CNC machining or compression molding, with no recycled materials, no impurities, no interlayer, ensuring a uniform and dense structure. - Main Material: High-purity PTFE (Teflon), featuring stable material, dense sealing, and no leakage. Precision Bolt Holes: Holes are accurately drilled according to national standard flange hole positions, with standard hole spacing, no burrs, and no chipping, perfectly fitting flange bolts. - Flataling Surface: Both sides are flat and smooth, fitting the flange sealing surface perfectly, ensuring even compression and stronger sealing performance. - Integrated Molding: The entire sheet is machined a single piece, with no splicing, no fractures, and no easy delamination, resulting in a longer service life.

Expanded PTFE gasket with holes (soft PTFEPTFE) Soft, high-resilience material, can compensate for slight flange unevenness and rough sealing surface gaps, better fit, tighter sealing, suitable for old equipment non-standard flanges, and low-pressure leakage repair.
