The PTFE gasket with filter is a 2-in-1 composite gasket for filtration and sealing. It features an outer PTFE sealing layer and an inner composite304/316 stainless steel filter mesh, combining flange sealing with media impurity interception functions. While ordinary PTFE gaskets only provide sealing, this model with a built-in filter can block particles, crystals, and debris from entering valves, pump bodies, and instruments, preventing valve core clogging and wear. The entire gasket is highly resistant to strong acids andalis, and is widely used in chemical, electroplating, chemical dosing, desulfurization, and chemical solution transport pipeline flanges. Various DN sizes are in stock, and non- sizes are available for customization.
