One-piece reinforced PTFE gasket, also known as an integral one-piece reinforced PTFE flange gasket, is machined from a single solid piece of pure PTFE. The gasket features two integral horizontal support ribs molded into the interior, distinguishing it from ordinary flat PTFE gaskets and metal-reinforced PTFE gaskets. By relying on its own rib structure to rigidity, it significantly improves the cold flow and extrusion leakage issues of pure PTFE under pressure. The entire gasket is made of pure PTFE without layers or metal cores, offering universal corrosion resistance cleanliness without leaching, and suitability for medium-to-high pressure acid and alkali corrosion-resistant flange sealing. It is widely used in the chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, and food industries with all DN sizes available in stock and support for non-standard custom shapes.
Overall base material: Pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) The entire sheet is integrally formed by CNC turning of a single molded PTFE sheet without bonding, without outer cladding, and without a metal skeleton. The entire body is made of PTFE material, eliminating the risk of media penetration and corrosion of the interlayer. Core structure:-in straight reinforcement ribs (differentiated selling point) Two parallel transverse raised ribs (straight ribs) are integrally machined on the inner side of the gasket ring; the ribs the gasket body are made of the same material and are seamless and integral. When the bolts are tightened, the ribs bear the pressure, limiting the outward creep and extrusion of the gasket structurally solving the common problems of high-pressure gasket displacement and leakage in ordinary flat PTFE gaskets. Sealing surface The inner and outer sides of the gasket have flat sealing surfaces which fit tightly with RF (raised face) and MFM (machined face) flanges, making them compatible with conventional steel, FRP, and plastic anti-corrosion flanges
