I. Product Introduction PTFE screws, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene bolts, Teflon fasteners, or "plastic king" screws, integrally machined from brand-new pure PTFE rod material using CNC turning. Glass fiber and graphite modified filled versions are also available. The entire product is metal-free, rustproof, highly corrosion-resistant, insulating, and heat-resistant. It is a specialized anti-corrosion standard fastener for chemical, electroplating, laboratory, and food equipment, which can used as a complete set with PTFE nuts and PTFE gaskets, and supports custom processing for non-standard sizes. II. Product Classification 1. Pure White PTFE Screws (Universal-seller) Made from virgin new PTFE raw material without fillers or additives, offering maximum chemical stability, non-toxic, pollution-free, and no leaching. Suitable for food machinery pharmaceutical equipment, chemical laboratories, and highly corrosive acid/alkali working conditions, with excellent insulating performance. 2. Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Screws (High Strength Version) Modified added glass fiber to enhance the rigidity, compressive strength, and wear resistance of the screws. They are resistant to stripping and breakage, making them suitable for fastening equipment under certain pressure or frequent disassembly. 3. Graphite Filled PTFE Screws (Anti-static and Wear-resistant Version) Black modified material with built-in anti-static, low-friction, self-lubricating properties. It eliminates static accumulation, making it suitable for flammable and explosive chemical environments and equipment with particulate media, ensuring smooth disassembly without seizing. 4. Common Classifications Hex Head Bolts: Universal for reactors, storage tanks, and pipe flanges, with strong load-bearing capacity; Phillips Countersunk / Round Head Screws: For installation in instruments, small equipment, and circuit boards; Socket Head Cap Screws: For assembly in narrow spaces with high fastening force; Slotted Set Screws: For shaft sleeve and anti-loosening fixation; Fully Threaded Studs / Threaded Rods: For extended flanges and large equipment docking, compatible with double nuts
III. Core Product Advantages Super Corrosion Resistance, Never Rusts Does not react with strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua, various organic solvents, or electroplating solutions. It replaces stainless steel in corrosive chemical environments, eliminating the problems of rusting and seizing. High and Low Temperature Resistance, Stable Working Long-term operating temperature range of -200°C to 260°C. It does not become brittle at low temperatures or soften and deform at high, making it suitable for steam and hot/cold cycling equipment. Insulating and Non-conductive, Safe Isolation Pure PTFE material offers excellent insulation performance, providing insulation and for electronic circuit boards, new energy, and electrical equipment to prevent short circuits and leakage. Self-lubricating and Non-seizing Extremely low surface friction coefficient smooth threads. It will not stick or seize after long-term use, making assembly and disassembly easy. Food-grade, Non-toxic, and Pollution-free Pure with no harmful substances leaching out. It meets food and pharmaceutical production standards and does not contaminate materials. Aging Resistance and Long Service Life Resistant to water vapor, UV rays, and/alkali immersion. It is unlikely to crack or powderize under long-term outdoor or immersion working conditions. Complete Set Compatibility Can be used as a complete set with nuts and gaskets of the same material, eliminating the risk of galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals. IV.
