Product Description
The hygienic rotary drum dryer is a food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade full-stainless-steel closed continuous drying equipment that strictly follows international hygiene and safety standards. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-purity 304/316L stainless steel, with no dead corners, no material residue, no heavy metal precipitation, and it can be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. It fully meets the strict hygiene production requirements of food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, health products and other industries, and is the core drying equipment that ensures no cross-contamination and 100% product hygiene compliance in high-standard production systems.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed fully polished hygienic stainless steel drum that strictly follows GMP hygiene standards is driven by a sealed non-dead-corner transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The heat source, temperature control and heat exchange structures all meet the hygiene level requirements of no pollution and easy cleaning. High-hygiene raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the fully sealed hygienic feeding port that avoids external pollution. The built-in rounded polished hygienic lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the filtered clean hot air. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage constant temperature zones that meet the hygiene process requirements, and the dried hygienic finished products that meet the food/pharmaceutical hygiene standards are stably discharged from the non-residue hygienic discharging end, completing the whole closed hygienic drying process. The full polished hygienic material contact system will not breed bacteria, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material cross-contamination and unqualified hygiene indicators.

Hygiene-level full range of models: It can provide hygienic rotary drum dryers with processing capacity from 5kg/h to 200t/d, which can meet the hygienic drying demands of different scales of food, pharmaceutical and health product production lines.
