Product Description
The corrosion resistant rotary drum dryer is a specialized non-standard continuous drying equipment tailored for highly corrosive material scenarios. Its full flow path in contact with materials is made of high-grade anti-corrosion alloy, lined with anti-corrosion material or integrally made of 316L/duplex stainless steel, which can stably cope with the erosion of strong acid, strong alkali, high-salt and other highly corrosive materials. It fully meets the strict anti-corrosion production requirements of new energy, chemical industry, environmental protection, metallurgy and other industries, and is the core anti-corrosion drying equipment that solves the problem of easy corrosion of ordinary dryers in harsh working conditions.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed anti-corrosion drum that strictly follows the anti-corrosion process design standards is driven by a sealed anti-corrosion transmission system matching the harsh working condition load to rotate at a uniform low speed. The inner wall of the drum, the lifting plates, the feeding and discharging structures and all parts in contact with materials are treated with full anti-corrosion protection. High-moisture corrosive materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the fully sealed anti-corrosion feeding port. The specially customized anti-corrosion lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the anti-corrosion hot air system. Free moisture in the corrosive materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried corrosive finished products are stably discharged from the anti-corrosion discharging end, completing the whole anti-corrosion standard drying process. The full anti-corrosion flow path will not be eroded by highly corrosive materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as equipment damage, material pollution and production shutdown.
