Product Introduction
This 120 tpd rotary dryer for WPC sawdust drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for wood-plastic composite material production pre-treatment scenarios. It adopts a low-fragmentation, constant-moisture and non-pollution structure adapted to the characteristics of strict moisture control, no impurity pollution and uniform particle size of raw sawdust for WPC production, with a daily processing capacity of 120 tons of wet WPC-dedicated sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 52%~66% to the optimal 6%~9% required for subsequent WPC extrusion granulation at one time, and the dried sawdust can be directly and stably fed into the next-stage WPC mixing and extrusion system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high surface smoothness, no bubbling and stable mechanical strength of finished WPC products.

Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet WPC-dedicated sawdust raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the granular materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in low-fragmentation grading lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow without any harmful impurities. The free moisture in the sawdust is precisely and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage independent constant temperature zones, and the dried sawdust that meets the WPC production feeding standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 120-ton daily continuous drying process.

Core Features
This 120 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for WPC sawdust drying. The high-precision constant-moisture control system ensures that the moisture deviation of finished sawdust is ≤±0.6%, which completely avoids the bubbling and deformation defects of WPC products during extrusion, and the finished product qualification rate is increased by more than 18%. The low-fragmentation operation design effectively controls the particle size distribution of sawdust within the optimal range required for WPC production, which greatly improves the bonding strength between wood fiber and plastic. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of WPC sawdust by more than 31% compared with ordinary wood material dryers. The 120-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of a large-scale WPC production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons.
