Product Introduction
This 220 tpd rotary dryer for biomass boiler bark drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for biomass power plant fuel pretreatment scenarios. It adopts a heavy-duty anti-sticking, high-throughput and low-operation-cost structure adapted to the characteristics of high fiber content, easy agglomeration and large moisture fluctuation of bark fuel for biomass boilers, with a daily processing capacity of 220 tons of wet bark raw materials. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 58%~73% to the stable 15%~20% required for high-efficiency clean combustion of biomass boilers at one time, and the dried bark can be directly sent to the boiler feeding system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high combustion efficiency, low slagging and stable power generation of medium-large biomass power plants.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet bark raw materials with high fiber content are fed into the inner cylinder, and the agglomerated materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-sticking self-cleaning lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature waste flue gas hot air from the biomass boiler. The free moisture in the bark is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried bark that meets the biomass boiler feeding standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 220-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 220 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for biomass boiler bark drying. The built-in anti-sticking self-cleaning structure completely solves the problem of bark fiber sticking to the cylinder wall, and the equipment can run stably for a long time without frequent shutdown for cleaning. The waste heat direct utilization system can directly use the low-temperature waste flue gas from the biomass boiler as the heat source, reducing the drying energy consumption per ton of bark by more than 36% compared with ordinary bark dryers, and the operation cost is extremely low. The 220-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the fuel demand of a 30MW medium-large biomass power plant.
