Product Introduction
This 240 tpd rotary dryer for gasifier feed wood sawdust drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for biomass gasification raw material pretreatment scenarios. It adopts a high-throughput, anti-blocking and high-stability structure adapted to the characteristics of strict moisture control, no agglomeration and uniform particle size of raw wood sawdust for gasifier feeding, with a daily processing capacity of 240 tons of wet wood sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 57%~71% to the stable 12%~18% required for high-efficiency clean gasification at one time, and the dried sawdust can be directly sent to the gasifier feeding system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high gas production efficiency, low tar content and long-term stable operation of medium-large biomass gasification stations.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet wood sawdust raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the granular materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in anti-blocking self-cleaning lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature waste flue gas hot air from the gasifier. The free moisture in the sawdust is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried sawdust that meets the gasifier feeding standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 240-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 240 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for gasifier feed wood sawdust drying. The anti-blocking self-cleaning structure completely solves the problem of sawdust agglomeration and cylinder wall adhesion, and the equipment can run stably for a long time without frequent shutdown for cleaning. The gasifier waste heat direct utilization system uses the low-temperature waste flue gas from the gasifier as the heat source, reducing the drying energy consumption per ton of sawdust by more than 37% compared with ordinary sawdust dryers, and the operation cost is extremely low. The 240-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the raw material demand of a 12MW medium-large biomass gasification power generation station.
