Product Introduction
This 115 tpd rotary dryer for pellet plant bamboo shavings drying is a professional medium-large capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for bamboo biomass pellet production pre-treatment scenarios. It adopts a high-wear-resistance, anti-sticking and high-precision constant-moisture structure adapted to the characteristics of high silica content, easy agglomeration and strict moisture uniformity of raw bamboo shavings for pelletizing, with a daily processing capacity of 115 tons of wet bamboo shavings. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~65% to the optimal 8%~12% required for subsequent bamboo pellet pressing at one time, and the dried bamboo shavings can be directly and stably fed into the next-stage pellet mill system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high forming rate, high density and low breakage rate of finished bamboo biomass pellet products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet bamboo shavings with high silica content are fed into the inner cylinder, and the sharp fibrous materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-wear-resistance anti-sticking lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow. The free moisture in the bamboo shavings is precisely and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient temperature control zones, and the dried bamboo shavings that meet the bamboo pellet production feeding standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 115-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 115 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for pellet plant bamboo shavings drying. The high-wear-resistance structural design effectively resists the abrasion of high-silica bamboo shavings, and the service life of the equipment wearing parts is more than 2 times that of ordinary wood material dryers. The high-precision constant-moisture control system ensures that the moisture deviation of finished bamboo shavings is ≤±0.7%, which greatly improves the pellet forming rate and the finished product density, making the product fully meet the international high-grade bamboo pellet fuel quality standards. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of bamboo shavings by more than 30% compared with ordinary bamboo material dryers. The 115-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of a large-scale bamboo pellet production line with an annual output of 45,000 tons.
