Product Introduction
This 55 tpd rotary dryer for pyrolytic oil leaf biomass drying is a professional medium-small capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for urban green waste pyrolytic oil production pre-treatment scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature nutrient-locking, anti-flying and high-efficiency dehydration structure adapted to the characteristics of light texture, easy flying and strict moisture control of raw crushed leaf biomass for pyrolytic oil extraction, with a daily processing capacity of 55 tons of wet raw leaf biomass. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 45%~59% to the optimal 6%~10% required for subsequent high-temperature pyrolysis oil production at one time, and the dried leaf materials can be directly and stably fed into the next-stage pyrolysis reactor system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high oil yield, low impurity content and stable quality of finished pyrolytic oil products.

Working Principle
The obliquely installed compact multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a stable frequency-conversion transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The light wet crushed leaf raw materials are fed into the inner cylinder, and the fluffy materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-flying soft lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature clean hot air flow. The free moisture in the leaves is precisely and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage independent constant temperature zones, and the dried leaf materials that meet the pyrolytic oil production feeding standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 55-ton daily continuous drying process.

Core Features
This 55 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for pyrolytic oil leaf biomass drying. The low-temperature nutrient-locking drying system completely retains the high oil-content organic components in the leaf biomass, avoiding the loss of volatile oil precursors caused by high-temperature damage, and the pyrolysis oil yield is increased by more than 15%. The fully enclosed anti-flying operation design avoids the flying loss of light leaf materials, and the material recovery rate is as high as 97%. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system can directly use the waste heat from the pyrolysis tail gas, reducing the energy consumption per ton of crushed leaves by more than 29% compared with ordinary leaf material dryers. The 55-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of medium-sized urban green waste pyrolytic oil factories with an annual output of 18,000 tons
