Product Introduction
This 200 tpd rotary dryer for export grade coco peat drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for export horticultural substrate coco peat production scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature nutrient-locking, no-impurity-pollution and high-precision constant-moisture structure adapted to the characteristics of strict moisture uniformity, zero foreign impurities and no nutrient loss of raw coconut husk fragments for export-grade coco peat, with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons of wet raw coco peat. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~72% to the stable 10%~15% required for subsequent compressing, sterilizing and finished export coco peat processing at one time, and the dried coco peat can be directly sent to the next-stage export-grade product deep processing system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high water retention, no mildew and full compliance with international horticultural substrate standards of finished export coco peat products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty fully-enclosed multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet raw coco peat with high fiber content is fed into the inner cylinder, and the fluffy materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-caking soft lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the filtered clean hot air flow without any impurity pollution. The free moisture in the coco peat is precisely and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage independent constant temperature zones, and the dried coco peat that meets the international export horticultural substrate standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 200-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 200 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for export grade coco peat drying. The low-temperature nutrient-locking drying system completely retains the natural water retention fiber structure and organic nutrients in the coco peat, avoiding the fiber brittleness and nutrient loss caused by high-temperature damage, and the finished product fully meets the EU horticultural substrate import standards. The fully enclosed non-pollution operation design completely eliminates the risk of foreign impurity mixing, and the product pass rate of export inspection is as high as 99.2%. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of coco peat by more than 34% compared with ordinary coco peat dryers. The 200-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of a large-scale export-grade coco peat processing plant with an annual output of 70,000 tons.
