Product Introduction
This 140 tpd rotary dryer for mulch factory tree bark drying is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for garden mulch production pre-treatment scenarios. It adopts a low-temperature color-locking, anti-caking and uniform-dehydration structure adapted to the characteristics of high fiber content, easy agglomeration and strict color retention requirements of raw bark for colored garden mulch, with a daily processing capacity of 140 tons of wet raw tree bark. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 55%~70% to the stable 12%~17% required for subsequent crushing, dyeing and finished mulch processing at one time, and the dried bark can be directly sent to the next-stage mulch production system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the uniform color, no mildew and long service life of finished garden mulch products.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a low and uniform speed. The wet raw tree bark with high fiber content is fed into the inner cylinder, and the agglomerated bark materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in special anti-caking crushing lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the low-temperature clean hot air flow. The free moisture in the bark is evenly evaporated through the multi-stage gradient constant temperature zones, and the dried bark materials that meet the mulch production standards are stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 140-ton daily continuous drying process.
Core Features
This 140 tpd model has multiple targeted advantages for mulch factory tree bark drying. The low-temperature color-locking drying system completely retains the natural color and fiber structure of the bark, avoiding the color deviation and brittleness of the bark caused by high-temperature damage, making the subsequent dyeing effect of colored mulch more uniform and lasting. The multi-cylinder waste heat recovery system greatly improves the thermal efficiency, reducing the energy consumption per ton of bark by more than 32% compared with ordinary single-cylinder dryers. The 140-ton daily processing capacity perfectly matches the production rhythm of large-scale landscape garden mulch processing lines.
