Product Introduction
This ball mill for sulfide ore grinding system is a professional anti-corrosion and wear-resistant grinding equipment tailored for sulfide ore processing scenarios such as copper sulfide, lead-zinc sulfide and gold sulfide. It adopts a targeted structural design that adapts to the high-sulfur characteristics of sulfide ore, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial continuous closed-circuit grinding systems. It can fully dissociate sulfide metal minerals from gangue monomers, and the ground qualified pulp can be directly connected to subsequent beneficiation processes such as flotation, which is the core front-end grinding equipment to ensure the metal recovery rate of the sulfide ore processing plant.
Working Principle
The heavy-duty cylinder with anti-corrosion treatment is driven by a high-torque transmission system to rotate at a precisely controlled constant speed, driving the built-in graded high-chromium wear-resistant steel balls to rise to the optimal height along the thickened anti-sulfur corrosion liner and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. The high-sulfur sulfide raw ore is continuously fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground by the impact force of the steel balls and the continuous grinding effect between the media. The ground pulp is classified by the classifier, the coarse-grained underflow returns to the ball mill for regrinding, and the qualified fine-grained overflow pulp that meets the flotation fineness requirement is stably sent to the subsequent beneficiation operation, realizing the full closed-circuit continuous grinding process.

The anti-corrosion and wear-resistant design of the contact parts effectively resists the erosion of high-sulfur ore, greatly extending the service life of vulnerable parts. The optimized grinding parameters can stably control the pulp fineness, fully dissociate sulfide metal minerals, and avoid the over-grinding phenomenon that affects the flotation index. The heavy-duty structure can adapt to 24-hour uninterrupted high-load operation, perfectly matching the continuous production rhythm of large sulfide ore processing plants. It can be seamlessly connected with subsequent flotation units, effectively improving the comprehensive recovery rate of various metals.
