Product Introduction
This flotation cell with rotor stator system is a high efficiency industrial separation equipment specially developed for mineral processing coal washing and industrial wastewater treatment scenarios. It is designed to handle various materials including non ferrous metals ferrous metals non metallic ores and recyclable fine particles in industrial sewage. It can work stably under long term continuous operation conditions and deliver consistent separation performance for different production scales. It has been widely adopted in mining plants chemical processing lines and environmental treatment projects across multiple industries.
Working Principle
The whole operation process follows a continuous and stable circulation logic. The high speed rotating rotor inside the system generates steady negative pressure to draw in fresh air and raw pulp from the bottom of the tank at the same time. The rotor fully mixes the air and pulp inside its working chamber to form a uniform gas liquid solid mixture. The surrounding stator then breaks large aggregated bubbles into tiny evenly distributed micro bubbles and guides the whole mixture to spread to every corner of the tank without generating strong destructive turbulence. The hydrophobic target particles will attach firmly to the surface of these micro bubbles and rise to the top of the tank to form a stable froth layer for collection. The remaining hydrophilic non target particles will stay in the pulp and flow out through the tailing outlet to finish the complete separation process.

This equipment brings multiple outstanding advantages compared with traditional common flotation cells. The optimized matching design of rotor and stator reduces unnecessary energy consumption by over 20 percent while maintaining strong mixing capacity. The precisely structured stator eliminates flow dead zones inside the tank so that all materials can fully contact with bubbles to improve the recovery rate of fine target particles. The key wearing parts of the rotor stator system are made of high strength wear resistant material which extends their service life greatly and cuts down frequent replacement cost. The whole system runs with low vibration and low noise and it can adapt to different raw material properties through simple parameter adjustment to meet diversified production demands.
