Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Bentonite Processing is designed for bentonite ore beneficiation plants. It is used for crushing lump bentonite and associated hard rock impurities in the raw ore. The equipment is widely applied in bentonite filler, drilling mud, and waterproof material production lines, providing properly sized raw materials for subsequent grinding and purification processes.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other at a constant speed. Lump bentonite materials enter the roller gap and are crushed through compression and rolling forces. A spring buffer system automatically absorbs impacts when hard stones are mixed in the feed, protecting the roller surfaces from damage. The roller gap can be adjusted to control discharge particle size, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom and transported to the next processing stage.
