Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Quartz Stone Crushing is specially designed for high-hardness materials such as quartz and silica stone. It is widely used in quartz sand production plants, artificial quartz slab manufacturing, and glass raw material production lines. The equipment performs medium and fine crushing of quartz ore, producing high-purity and standardized quartz particles.
Working Principle
Two high-hardness wear-resistant rollers rotate toward each other. Quartz stones enter the roller gap and are crushed through strong compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system absorbs impact from hard foreign materials, preventing roller damage or cracking. The roller gap can be adjusted to precisely control discharge size, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom and sent to screening processes.
