Product Introduction
This Double Roller Crusher for Dolomite Crushing is specially designed for processing dolomite raw materials. It is suitable for crushing large blocks of dolomite ore and is widely used in building materials, refractory materials, glass manufacturing, and calcium powder production lines. The equipment performs medium and fine crushing of dolomite, providing qualified particle size materials for grinding and sand-making processes.
Working Principle
Two wear-resistant rollers rotate synchronously toward each other. Dolomite blocks are fed into the roller gap and crushed through strong compression and shearing forces. A spring overload protection system automatically absorbs impacts when hard stones are present in the feed, preventing damage to the rollers. The roller gap can be precisely adjusted to control discharge size, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom for further processing.
