The Low Noise Double Roller Crusher Equipment is an eco-friendly, acoustically optimized crushing machine engineered to drastically reduce decibel emissions in industrial environments. | 2. Working Principle |
Enclosed Balanced Feeding: Raw material enters the hopper, which is often lined with sound-absorbing curtains or baffles to prevent noise from echoing outward during material impact.
Low-Speed, High-Torque Compression: Driven by highly balanced, quiet-running independent electric motors, the two rollers rotate inward toward each other. Instead of using violent, high-speed impacts (which generate deafening noises in hammer or impact crushers), it relies on steady mechanical compression and shear forces to quietly fracture material in the "nip area."
Gravity-Assisted Smooth Discharge: Material crushed smaller than the roller clearance gap drops out through the bottom via gravity. Because there are no loud vibrating screen grids or internal hammer grates, the discharge process remains exceptionally quiet.
Shock-Absorbing Safety System: If an uncrushable object (like tramp iron) enters, the hydraulic or spring safety system allows one roller to retract smoothly to let it pass. Heavy-duty dampeners absorb the mechanical shock, preventing loud metallic clanging noises.
